I just found out that I am pregnant with our second child. My daughter will be turning one at the end of July. Anyone got any creative ideas on how I can tell my hubby tonight?Anyone got any creative ideas on how I can tell my husband I am pregnant?

Place another chair at the dinner table with a stuffed pink/blue animal in it and a child's plate, cup, spoon. In the plate, put a name tag that says, ';Guest arriving in 8/9 months';.
Make a shirt for your daughter that says ';I'm going to be a big Sister';. Or you can get him a few baby ting and put them in a cute bag and on the label put ';You are going to be a daddy again';
Make him a dinner with things like baby carrots, baby corn, baby back ribs, Maybe he will get the connection. Congrats and Good Luck
gift wrap a pacifier with a brand new rattle and set it on his pillow, or in his car b4 he goes to work.

Congratulations! When I got pregnat with our second child, I got a plain white shirt for my son and wrote, in huge colourful letters, ';I'm gonna be a Big Brother'; on it and let my hubby figure it out for himself! It worked very very well!

BUT i love the idea of your daughter wearing the ';big sister'; t-shirt and the ';baby'; themed dinner. of course, you'll give him some wine, but none for you.....





or you could play charades...that could be fun....
Everyone here gave you some really cute ideas. The T-shirt. Etc. For our Second Child My wife did this. She got a card that read Happy Fathers Day. My wife had found out she was pregnant in August which meant Fathers day had passed about 2 months prior to that.





On the inside of the card it read. Dear Daddy, you will not meet me for about 7 months yet, but I wanted to tell you I was so happy when the Angel in Charge of us little Cerubs told me I was going to be your little girl. I love you ......Baby Girl





One other thing you might want to be aware of, My wife knew it was a girl from the moment of conception. I don't know how but she knew. By the way, my Baby Girl is now 25 years old and owns her own business.
I told my husband that he had a designated driver for nine months.
Ha ha, my partner nearly died of a heart attack in the pub when I told him. We'd only been trying a few weeks, everybody knew we were trying. We went to the pub one nigt with all our friends, there was about 8 of us stood at the bar and he turned round and said 'What are you having?' I couldn't resist and said'A baby'. The look on his face was a picture. Karen McDonald did the same thing to Steve in Coronation Street.
I left the pt test in the bathroom on the counter in plain sight and told him to go get something from in their that was near it... he then came out w/ what i sent him for and acted as though he hadnt seen it all the way up to till we went to bed then he asked me whos it was.. i said it was the dogs due to the fact my dog is the only female in the house.. he got all excited and caught on.. but he didnt want to seem dum...





i told him this last time by buying a cake and having them write Daddy acrossed it with lil ballons.. and baby dec.


you can do the same.. and write soon to be daddy 2 num. 2... or even make one yourself... this one he caught on easily...
Aww! Congrats! I've always wanted to do something like this. Since you already have a little one, why don't you have her tell him. Go to Hallmark and find a card for expecting fathers and take a picture of the pregnancy test. Place the picture in the card. Lastly, get your daughter one of those ';Big Sister'; tee-shirts to wear when she presents it to him when he least expects it. Good luck!
have a candle-lit dinner with baby carrots, baby spinach, baby ribs, ect. he should figure it out on his own if you do that
Best way I can think of is a great home cooked meal for him. With a baby theme, baby carrots, baby back ribs, and so forth it will put a fun spin on dinner and make a good guessing game for you husband.
