The card was in his name only and he died in 2001. The amt was $5,000 and the bank (credit card) company just sent him a statement that he should include it in his income tax forms. If your name isnt on the card, probably not. They might to file against his estate to recover it, for anything that goes through probate. Ask the probate lawyer.
