I am contemplating donating sperm at the local fertility clinic. Is this something that could come back to haunt me?How would you feel if you found out that your husband or boyfriend donated sperm in college?

That is the kind of women that is going to PAY to buy your sperm. And you are putting your genetics and DNA into THAT and your kis if going to have THOSE GENES from her.

I wouldn't care... there is no financial commit and maybe he helped out a couple that couldn't have children because the husband's sperm count was too low.... it could haunt you because I believe some children find ways to seek out the ';donor'; later in life even though the files are supposed to be confidential. Seriously think about this though! it could be a great cause donation but solely doing it for the money may continue to bring up mixed emotions in your heart.

Anyways I've already considered doing unless your going to donate for fun and not money you will find out that they pay you more money if you are already a college graduate, where as now its just the same as any other guys.
if the child is looking for his/her biological father it could, but if the sperm is used for a couple that can't get pregnant because of the man in the situation, i doubt the kid will.

if it was in college and prior to your relationship.. then it would not bother me.
go for it as u can be helping a family who cannot have kids because of husband ok
