my uterus is retroverted which means that the uterus is tilted backward inside of the pelvis and then my husband has only 49M sperm but its motility is good. Two out of three of my sisters were born with a retroverted uterus too. Only one of them ever had trouble conceiving. The other was told she would never be able to conceive and successfully carry a child. Well now both of them have three beautiful children all with out using any fertility treatments. I think that because of his sperm count being low it may be harder but it is definitely do able. My advice is to time your ovulation and have sex every other night during the week you are suppose to ovulate. Try not to get discouraged about it. It will happen when the times right. Yes but you may require a little help from the experts inorder to succeed. Since both of you already tried for so long.. its time to face the truth and search for fertility treatments. I'm not trying to be mean but do think about it.. Good luck and Lots of baby dust***
if all other things are normal, u can still wait, if around 30, try looking for an expert
