I fell my husband is being abused at work?

I fell my husband is being abused at work. my husband is a very nice guy and doesnt yell. his boss takes his anger out on my husband, he yells at him and belittles him. He treats mt husband very bad and very different than everyone else, i believe it is because my husband wong yell back. it is driving me mad and i told him to report him to another boss, but he feels that once his boss finds out, along with his bosse's prefered employee, will retaliate. isnt this ilegal? what can i do?I fell my husband is being abused at work?
If your husband belongs to a Union, file a greivance with the union.

If your husband does not belong to a union, he is at the mercy of his boss and can be fired for no reason at all. The only protection for non union employees is Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin;

the Equal Pay Act of 1963 (EPA), which protects men and women who perform substantially equal work in the same establishment from sex-based wage discrimination;

the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), which protects individuals who are 40 years of age or older;

Title I and Title V of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), which prohibit employment discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities in the private sector, and in state and local governments;

Unless the boss is abusing your husband for one of the reasons listed above, it is legal.
