I think my husband is logging my computer activites. How can I tell?

I am on a wireless router, and his computer is connected to the non-wireless router. I hear these things are invisible. Is there a way to tell and protect myself. I'm thinking of leaving him,and have to do research on where to go, but don't want him to find out yet. Can anyone help me?I think my husband is logging my computer activites. How can I tell?
Go under Tools above on the internet panel and click on Internet Options... go under settings... view your files. That is what he would be looking to see where you've been. I am not sure if there is a way to tell but that is how he would be doing it. So go back to the initial Internet Panel and under Temporary files/cookies and delete them all.. it stores all of the places of where you've been. It could slow down the search of when you go back again but I think you might find it worth it so that he won't keep track of where you've been. On your computer, there should be also an option under Contro Panel of where you can get your own user account and create your own password. He won't be able to get into your stuff then. You can also start by CLEAR HISTORY.. its websites where you've been visisting.I think my husband is logging my computer activites. How can I tell?
Everything you do on your computer is saved in the hard drive. It can be pulled up. I would recommend that you use another computer. I'd go to the library to do your reasearch if you don't want him to be able to see what you're doing. Good luck. :)
stop going on porn then!
damn... i'm sorry that you have to do that! I'm sure there are ways but theres a quick way around it. if you have admin rights on your pc you can make another profile and password it to protect yourself and your activities. if you need a step by step, hit me up on email or messenger and im sure i can give u a hand.
I am not sure if this will help, but if he is spying on you there might be a program that he had to download. If you go to www.pcpitstop.com you can see all programs running and downloaded on your computer.

Another possibility is hit control(ctrl) Alt ,delete on your keyboard. It will show you all running programs.Good luck.
Very simple answer:

Use FireFox web browser

Install TOR plugin

It will be slower when you surf but it is said to be totally anonymous.

It takes just a minute to set up.
Cant people just be honest anymore? ever? communications has come a long way....why cant we communicate with those closest to us?

Just delete temp files, putting yourself out for YOUR suspicions (about his POSSIBLE suspicions) is, um, silly. Who wants to live like that? If he finds out, so be it. Then you can leave with your dignity intact.

Too many ways to be tracking you when, IN REALITY, most people are too self-involved to wasting THEIR precious time.

ps. linuxiac is another moron, go ahead and waste YOUR time now! maybe by doing stuff YOU enjoy.
If he is a paranoid person, then he has the issues of low self esteem. Sorry that some men are so sick, and won't get help from professionals!

1. NEVER run Internet ';Exploder';!

2. Always run Opera or Firefox browsers.

3. Never run Outlook ( ';Lookout';!) or Outlook Express!

If you suspect he is logging you, you could grab a FREE download of http://pclinuxos.com and burn the image over to a CD. Reboot and run ONLY in the Live CDrom, so there is no record on the hard drive!

Then, following the instructions on the website, you would be able to encrypt all communications, and he couldn't log your works in his wimpy Microsoft as you are running Unix that is encrypted!

Or, get out to a phone that isn't tapped, and call a woman's shelter for help. Follow their instructions.

Do bring anything that is your financials, the computer, and any property that you need for your future survival.

Do not leave the computer, for he will tear it apart to find all your history and where you searched. Also, run CrapCleaner to erase all histories, wipe out your bookmarks (favorites, if you use IE).

I would reformat the drive about 7 times, with the free Shredit programs, ( search on google.com).
most trackers on comps r undetectable.......however some can be found but not removed w/ ur antivirus........if i were u id trick him and lQQk for what u need on his comp........when ur done clean-up ur footsteps by erasing ur history and browser search on his comp,........he dont have a tracker on his ......gl
go to smartcomputing.com

to find your answer
Use your library for that information. No trace to him. Throw him off too, put wierd requests on your computer. but if he is keystroking you, he knows you asked this already.
Can you use a freind's computer? I don't know how to tell but I wouldn't take the chance. Go to the library and use a computer there maybe? Good luck.
